These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the official website and loan portal (collectively, the “Services”) operated by n90 Lending Corporation (“n90”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, logging in, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.1 Public Website - n90 Website provides general information about n90, its loan products, features, and contact channels. This information is for reference only and does not constitute a loan offer, approval, or commitment.
1.2 Loan Portal - n90’s Loan Portal allows registered users to:
- Monitor and review existing loan accounts; and
- Access statements, repayment schedules, and payment history.
1.3 Account Registration - Any user may create an account through the “Apply Now” button on the website. However, the account creation does not constitute a loan application or guarantee approval; it only initiates account creation for access to the loan monitoring portal. All actual loan applications and approvals must be conducted directly with n90’s authorized personnel.
1.4 Loan Applications and Approvals - All loan applications must be submitted directly to and acknowledged by n90’s authorized personnel. Loan approval, terms, and disbursement require personal verification and execution of all required documents. No loan can be applied for, approved, or disbursed entirely through the website or portal.
2.1 The portal is strictly an informational and monitoring tool. Users cannot:

3.2 Maintain confidentiality of account credentials; all activity under your account is your responsibility.
3.3 Notify n90 immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.
3.4 Users must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including attempting to access other accounts or systems without authorization.
4.1 All information displayed on the Services, including balances, repayment schedules, and product details, is intended to be accurate and up to date.
4.2 In the event of any discrepancy, error, or uncertainty in the figures or information shown, users must verify the details directly with n90.
4.3 Users should not rely solely on the information in the portal for financial decisions. Official obligations and authoritative data are those provided in signed agreements and formal communications from n90.
5.1 N90 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy published in www.n90.asia/company/privacy-policy
5.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.3 Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data via the contact channels provided.
5.4 N90 may share personal data with service providers solely for operational purposes.
6.1 The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6.2 N90 is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from your use of the Services, including technical errors, third-party services or portal downtime.
6.3 Use of the Services does not constitute a binding commitment by n90 to grant any loan or credit facility.
6.4 N90 is not responsible for user reliance on portal content or decisions made based on the information displayed.
7. 1 All content, logos, trademarks, and designs are owned by n90 or its licensors.
7.2 Copying, redistributing, or scraping content without prior written consent is prohibited.
8.1 N90 may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, inactivity or misuse of the Services.
8.2 N90 reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
8.3 You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting n90 through the portal or through communicating with n90 authorized personnel. Upon verification, n90 will delete your account from active systems; however, certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain historical records, all of which remain protected under the Privacy Policy. Once deleted, you will lose access to the Services and any portal-specific data, and n90 shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
9.1 N90 may update these Terms at any time
9.2 Material changes will be communicated via the portal or registered email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10.2 Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City for any dispute arising from or related to the Services.
